How long does a standard repair take?

Standard services such as sole replacement, heel blocks, and basic conditioning require 1 to 2 weeks. Complex restorations, structural rebuilding, or precise color-matching dye work may require 3 to 4 weeks, depending heavily on the curing process of our materials.

Do you accept international shipments?

Can you restore the exact original color?

Absolutely. We do not use pre-mixed generic paints. Our color technicians mix pigments by hand, testing them against hidden areas of your item to ensure an identical, factory-perfect match.

Are your materials authentic and premium?

We source only the absolute highest caliber components. This includes J.R. Rendenbach oak-bark tanned leather soles, Dainite rubber from England, and Saphir Medaille d'Or care products from France.
